Sally was very measured in her questions, had great active listening skills and astutely understood the issue quickly and clearly so I felt heard and listened to. I felt supported and challenged to the right level of questions she needed to ask to progress to the next level. The time we had on the call was well measured out so at no time did I feel rushed or that we had not covered key points. 

Sally was extremely positive and as a person she felt like sunshine. Her positive words and calming demeanor were everything. Clarity, clear way forward, Sally identified links between ideas I had not made and shut down negative ways of thinking, which I found helpful. She steered the conversation/thinking to positive routes of progress.  

Sally enabled me to explore new options by showing empathy, understanding, picking up on key words and phrases I had used, bringing her expertise and professionalism to guide me to the best outcome. I did not feel judged by Sally, there was positive and active listening, no interruption when I was speaking, only positive smiles and genuine behaviour. As a result, I did not feel defensive and she built my trust enabling me to speak openly and honestly. Her feedback felt considered, balanced and focused.
